After dedicating 12 years to finding the most effective self-defense approach, STRIKE was born. Our core objective is to break down every barrier that hinders individuals from living freely and confidently.
To ensure the utmost expertise, we consulted self-defense experts, psychologists, fitness specialists, and educationists from around the globe. Their insights shaped our programs to cater to diverse age groups, professions, and specific challenges. DEFEND empowers schools and institutes, DETER supports corporates, working women, and the elderly, while DECIMATE caters to armed forces and law enforcement agencies.
Before launching our STRIKE programs nationwide, we put them to the test, refining them over time. Our techniques are scientifically proven, making them easy to learn and execute while delivering exceptional effectiveness.

STRIKE’s mission is to empower individuals through comprehensive self-defense programs, fostering confidence and personal safety. We aim to break barriers, equip people with essential skills, and create a society where everyone feels safe, empowered, and resilient.
Our goal is to build a stronger nation by instilling a proactive mindset and promoting a culture of strength and empowerment.
THE CHALLENGE
For a country to be strong, we need empowered citizens. Citizens to live, walk, talk freely. Constitution gave us fundamental rights, but some people are not letting us exercise them. We all know the crimes statistics, negativity, discrimination, inequality mistrust and lowering of values around us.
STRIKE is all about positivity, equality, empowerment, happiness, joy and love and that is why we have purposely not written any negatives or displayed crime statistics on our website.
The Challenge is to remove inequality, discrimination, gender stereotyping, crime, negativity and make our society a powerful, decision making, positive, equal, empowered, happy and healthy society.
